FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All non-personalized items ship within 3-10 business days and all personalized items ship within 10-15 business days.  All orders are shipped USPS first class, and include USPS-provided tracking information.

CAN MY ORDER BE RUSHED?
Orders can be rushed for an additional fee.  Please contact CustomerService@TheLittleArrows.com PRIOR to submitting your order.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDER REQUESTS?
Yes - we love custom orders!  If you have any questions or would like to place a custom order, please contact CustomOrder@TheLittleArrows.com.

SHIPPING:
Most orders are shipped via USPS Mail first class service. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS, Fed-Ex Ground, USPS parcel and may take up to 5 business days within the U.S. depending on location. Packages are insured, please inspect your order and report any damages to the shipping carrier within 2 business days of receipt. Shipping insurance does not cover theft once marked delivered.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee...please inquire for pricing (see RUSH section above).

Please make sure your shipping and email addresses are correct.  If paying via PayPal, make sure your shipping address is the same as on your order.  Incorrect addresses and changes may result in delays.  We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.  If an order is shipped and returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for charges to reship the package(s).

Shipping disclaimer:  The Little Arrows is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office/Shipping Carrier.  Please contact your shipping carrier for these rare instances. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not ship internationally at this time.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
All of our items are custom made and we begin production daily - therefore, we have a "no refund" policy. Please note this policy when choosing to make a purchase in our shop.

If there is a mistake made in the personalization of your item(s), we will be happy to replace the item or issue a store credit in the amount of the item.  Please notify us within 5 days and we will be happy to resolve any issues.  After 5 days, no exchanges or credits will be issued for any reason.  Please contact CustomerService@TheLittleArrows.com with any questions or concerns.
